I think just set the VBCable input as the default output device and select listen to this device (but route it directly to your speaker output instead of the default), then go to your mic and select listen to this device and route it to the VBCable input. If this doesn't work, you can use VBCable to send both mic and desktop audio through discord, without using two accounts. If you want to include audio from a media player, you would need to select the CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) as the audio device within the media player. If there isn't, go to share an application and enable sound.
When the game is open, there will be a "share game" option when you click the screenshare button. Most applications should be able to send sound with screenshare now.
