She served eight years as an elected Commissioner in Radnor Township, and was President of the Board for three of those years.
In addition to serving on County Council, Elaine currently serves as the Executive Director of the Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area. Elaine received her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her law degree from William and Mary. She is an attorney with a background in non-profit management and environmental advocacy.
